Experienced Chefs of all grades
Experienced Restaurant Staff

Knowledge of Irish Craft Beer, Whiskey and Wines is an advantage (though not neccessary).
Experience in similar positions is essential.

Irish Beer Festival

This year we will have more Irish Craft Beers than ever thanks to the hard work of the Craft brewers of Ireland. Lots of draught beers, plus Bottles and Cask will be available along with tasting trays, including the Ultimate Tasting Tray. More info to follow shortly as things progress. TBM
